Timms Tops St. Francois County 410 Action
Ryan Timms raced to his first win of the 2022 season on Saturday night at St. Francois County Raceway in his CitGard Engine Oil / DriveWFX.com No. 5t Hampel Oil / Western Flyer Xpress / Eagle Chassis/ Rider Racing Engine Sprint Car.
The Oklahoma prodigy swept the night's action by winning his heat race and then the main event in the 410 c.i. Winged Sprint Car division.
“We got a couple of podium finished last weekend in the 360 (c.i. Sprint Car), and we took that momentum into this weekend and got our first win of the year,” Timms shared. “St. Francois (County Raceway) has been good to me over the past few years, and Saturday was another good night. We’re looking forward to getting back to action with the ASCS Sooner Region Sprints this weekend.
“Thank you to all of the great sponsors and fans, who support my racing program.”
Ryan started the night by charging from the third-starting position to a heat race win.
In the main event Timms rolled off the grid from the pole position and charged to a commanding victory.
He was followed across the finish line by Kasey Burch, Jeff Asher, Robbie Standridge, and Adam Parmeley.
